Anna Siberg, NCTMB
I am nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork.  I graduated from BMSI
Institute in December of 2005.  The 650 hour program included Anatomy, Physiology,
Kinesiology, Business and Ethics along with all of the hands on training and student clinic
practice.  I am also certified in pregnancy massage.
Background
I grew up in northern Minnesota.  I moved to the Kansas City area when I got married in
1992.  Before graduating from massage therapy school I worked in a large doctor's
office.  While there I learned how stress can adversely effect a person's health.  Stress
debilitated me during this period of my life.  I frequently got migraines, in fact more often
that not.  I tried a lot of different medications that helped a little, but not enough to
warrant the side effects.  I tried many different things over the years.  Finally, I found
that massage really helped.  Realizing this made me want to become a massage therapist
so that I could help other people that were in pain or needed relief from stress before it
caused serious health problems.
Interests
I love spending time with my husband.  I enjoy woodworking and all kinds of crafts.  I
love watching hockey (the Minnesotan in me coming out).  I also enjoy listening to music
and going to concerts.
